• Created a position as Exclusive Staff Photographer for all BBC Radio networks, producing photography for online, brand imagery for programmes and podcasts, publicity, press and print, covering several genres including live music, portraits, festivals and live events. Also provide photography for BBC World Service and Television.
• Provide image editing and design as well as shortform video and video editing
• Provide bespoke training covering technical and aesthetic aspects of photography, post production including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, licensing and copyright, BBC Content Management Systems, reference guides and accessible online tips and manuals as well as ongoing support for all BBC staff. Have performed over 500 bespoke workshops with 100% positive feedback.
• Created the R&M Image Library, an internal searchable image database which allows users to upload and share images. This has revolutionised the way that the BBC stores and uses images by providing a single resource of BBC Copyright content.
• Manage external contracts through a procurement process and maintaining projects throughout the contracts. These contracts include Getty Images, Exozet Content Management Systems and Loftus Photography.
• Am the main contact for Copyright information, advice and issues.
• Responsible for quality control of Imagery provided by external contracts, freelance employees and staff.

• First staff Picture Editor for BBC iPlayer. Created and established the high standards of image output on iPlayer as well as the work processes, image style guides and systems that continue to be used throughout the BBC today.
• Solely responsible for populating the entire Radio iPlayer for launch and subsequently maintaining, creating and complying imagery for the Radio and Music section of iPlayer and online programme pages.
• Research, selection, compliance and manipulation of images as well as providing photography, creative ideas and formulating photo illustrations in order to illustrate BBC Iplayer and programme Brand images.
• Provided training for R&M teams, including Nation and Regions local radio and picture desk teams for events in post production including Adobe Photoshop, image research, licensing and copyright, BBC Content Management Systems,reference guides and manuals as well as ongoing support.
